An Evening Of Unnecessary Detail returned to London in 2023 with a sold out night at the Royal Institution, and we loved it so much we’re doing loads more!
- Plenty of shows are coming up with a return to the Cambridge Theatre in December and new material nights at the Cockpit Theatre every other month throughout 2024, and another Royal Institution livestreams announced in July. Tickets for every show are available here.

Our first show out of London in nearly a decade, at the gorgeous Bristol Beacon in March 2024, featured Helen, Matt, Steve, Ayliean MacDonald, Jon Chase, Iszi Lawrence, Subhadra Das, Ben Sparks, Hana Ayoob, Ross Exton, Connor Davies and Stephanie Martin.
The line-up for 2023 Cambridge Theatre show in London was Matt Parker, Helen Arney, Yuriko Kotani, Mithuna Yoganathan, Yolanda Ohene, Lucy Cooke, Dan Schreiber, Grant Sanderson of 3Blue1Brown, Ayliean MacDonald, Count Binface, and a specially created 5-part vocal ensemble: Molly O’Gorman and the Firebrands.
